Mike’s Auto Salvage and Towing Service in Mishawaka, Indiana, has been
serving the southern Michigan and northern Indiana used auto part
marketplace for over thirty years. We process between 125 and 175 vehicles
per year and sell used auto parts, light duty truck parts, and accessories
to repair shops, body shops, and the public. Mike’s Auto Salvage operates
out of three buildings on a yard of approximately two acres.
Mike started in the business working with his grandfather at Tebo’s Auto
Body and Sales in 1978. Two years later the name of the business was
changed to Mike’s Auto Salvage. After thirty years, Mike is still actively
involved in the business. Call or stop by and chances are you’ll talk to
Mike’s brother, Rick, who joined the family business in 1994.
We are committed to supplying the parts you need. Each vehicle we
process is stripped, inventoried, and stored. We strive to test every
part, but if for some reason we are unable to test a part, we will
tell you and price the part accordingly. All of our parts carry a
minimum 30 day warranty. If we do not have a part in our stock, we
are connected with a national part locator system that can locate
nearly any used auto part, light duty truck part, or accessory and
have the item shipped directly to us.
We are concerned for the environment and recycle 100% of the vehicles
we process. All fluids, unusable tires, batteries, and metals are
recycled or properly disposed.
Mike’s Auto Salvage and Towing is a firm supporter of local business
with all of our owners and employees living in St. Joseph County,
Indiana. We have donated several vehicles to local fire departments for
extrication classes.
Flat bed and wrecker towing service is available during normal business hours.

The Harris Township Fire department hosted an extrication demonstration and
allowed local kids the opportunity to get hands-on experience and understanding of one of the
many duties of a firefighter. Mike’s Auto Salvage donated the vehicle illustrating
their
commitment to our community once again.
